Now generate your Debit Card PIN instantly

As part of the 'Go Green' initiative - an endeavor to reduce use of paper and make our contribution to this noble cause, you can now generate a new PIN instantly for your ICICI Bank Debit Card XX3792 through iMobile app, Internet Banking, ATMs or by calling our Customer Care.

You can use this PIN for transactions at any ICICI Bank or Non-ICICI Bank ATM networks, for purchases at merchant outlets and to access our Customer Care.

To generate the new PIN instantly, just follow the simple steps, mentioned below:

iMobile App: (To download iMobile app, SMS iMobile to 5676766)

• Login to iMobile App
• Select 'Smartkeys & Services'
• Click 'Cards Services' & 'Generate Debit Card PIN'
• Select Account and Debit Card number
• Enter CVV Number
• Enter your choice of PIN & Confirm PIN

ATM:

STEP 1: Generate OTP (One Time Password)

• Insert your ATM/ Debit Card
• Select 'Generate ATM PIN' option on language screen
• Select 'Generate OTP' option
• Enter the registered mobile number and registered Date of Birth*. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
*In case of joint account, please enter Date of Birth of the primary account holder

STEP 2: Generate ATM PIN

• Insert your ATM/Debit Card again
• Select 'Generate ATM PIN' option on language screen
• Select 'Already have an OTP, generate ATM PIN' option
• Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number
• Enter your new ATM PIN
• Re-enter your new ATM PIN
• ATM PIN will be generated successfully

You can also generate your Debit Card PIN through Internet Banking or Customer Care.
