Keep your Account protected from UPI fraud attempts

Mrs. Rao says,

“Never enter the UPI PIN
to receive money”.

1	Entering the UPI PIN indicates money being deducted from your Account. The UPI PIN is NOT required for receiving money

2	Do not click on any link received from unknown IDs or without understanding the utility of the link. Be cautious on calls pertaining to courier service, cashback, refund and OLX advertisements

3	Use the UPI PIN ONLY on the app’s UPI PIN page. Do NOT share the UPI PIN anywhere else

4	Scan a QR Code only to carry out payments and NOT to receive money

5	Do not download any screen sharing or SMS forwarding apps when asked by any unknown person and without understanding its utility

6	Always verify the receiver’s name before entering the UPI PIN

If you are a victim of cyber financial fraud, report it immediately
on the Customer Care Helpline Number on 18002662.

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, URN, CVV or passwords with anyone, even if the person claims to be a Bank employee.
