Beware of frauds!



Take precaution against online fraud Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. A new kind of online fraud has come to light. We at ICICI Bank, want to make you aware of fraudsters recently using apps like AnyDesk, Team Viewer, Tight VNC, etc. to lure customers to provide remote access to their devices and do transactions. FOLLOW THESE SAFETY TIPS TO PREVENT FRAUD: Do not allow anyone to access your mobile remotely.     Do not share OTPs, Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV, Grid values, PIN numbers, User id, password, with anyone claiming to be from the Bank. The Bank never asks such information from its customers.     Check the permissions required by the app during installation.     Do not click on unknown links.     Change your password regularly.     Always download the app from legitimate source - Play store or App store and be aware of its usage. If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from ICICI Bank regarding updating sensitive account information like PIN, password, account number, please let us know by forwarding the e-mail to antiphishing@icicibank.com.
