New support e-mail ID for Current Account customers

Dear customer,

To improve your service experience with ICICI Bank, the support channel for resolving corporate digital banking issues, is undergoing an important change. Our current support e-mail ID payments@icici.bank.in will not be operational post July 10, 2026.

Moving forward, issues related to digital channels: Corporate Net Banking, InstaBIZ, Bizpay360, tax payments and Integrated Payment System (IPS) need to be sent to our dedicated e-mail ID: corporatecare@icici.bank.in

To facilitate a prompt resolution, please ensure that your e-mail to the support team includes the following essential details:

 
 
  Corporate ID, User ID, and Account number.
 
  Complete screenshot(s) displaying the date and time stamp.
 
  A clear description of the issue and relevant transaction details (for bulk uploads also include the file sequence number).
 
  InstaBIZ users need to include device name, device model and operating system version in addition to the above details.
 
  IPS customers need to include IPS Customer Code, File Name / Transaction Reference / UTR, and for any User ID mapping or authorisation related issue / concern, CNB User ID mapped under IPS needs to be provided as well.
