Dear Customer,
Fraudsters send fake SMS messages which seem to be sent by your bank. These fake messages could be about Credit Cards, KYC, reward points or account alerts and contain malicious links designed to steal your information. |
| |
| How to spot a fraudulent SMS: |
| |
| • |
Sent from an unknown number (not official bank IDs) |
| |
| • |
Contains suspicious or misspelt links |
| |
| • |
Creates urgency, e.g. expiring reward points, account closure threats, limit reductions, etc. |
| |
| • |
Asks for confidential personal or financial details |
| What you should remember: |
| |
| • |
Genuine SMS messages from ICICI Bank come only from the Bank’s official sender IDs like ICICIB, ICICIT, ICICIC, ICICIN |
| |
| • |

| |
| • |

| |
| Stay Safe: |
| |
| • |
