Dear Customer, At ICICI Bank, we are continuously reviewing and updating our offerings to make banking seamless for you. To make banking more convenient, we have reduced service charges effective from Mar 01, 2026 for the following services: Issuance of Duplicate Statement (physical): ₹75 per quarter statement. The same is complimentary for Senior Citizens. Demand Draft (DD)/Pay Order (PO) issuance charges: ₹2 per ₹1000, subject to a minimum of ₹40 and maximum of ₹15,000. The same is complimentary for Senior Citizens. Kindly make note of the above, in case these reduced charges are applicable to your Savings Account XX459.
