Registration and usage of the RBI I/EDPMS Portal

Dear Customer,

To promote the ease of conducting business for the exporters/importers community, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has enabled a View Rights Module in the Import/Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (I/EDPMS) Portal.

The above module allows exporters/importers to view their outstanding entries in the I/EDPMS Portal and to download a pre-generated outstanding report (updated on a weekly basis) containing the overall outstanding bills and remittances.

Key action required:

Exporters/Importers must register themselves on the Portal using the below mentioned step-by-step registration process:
 
1. Visit the RBI I/EDPMS Portal at https://edpms.rbi.org.in
 
2. Click on ‘Customer Registration’ (right-hand side of the login screen)
 
3. Fill in the required details in the form:

4. Click ‘Submit’ to complete the registration
 
5. Post-validation, the login credentials will be shared with the exporter/importer via their registered e-mail ID.

Important points to note:
 
 Exporters/Importers must register their latest active e-mail ID and valid mobile number with their AD Bank before Portal registration
 
 The Portal accepts only the most recently updated details recorded in I/EDPMS. If multiple contacts are shared with different banks, only the latest one will be considered
 
 For registering new credentials, customers may contact their respective AD Bank
 
 Portal access is read-only. Any changes such as linking ORM/IRM or closure must be done through the customer’s AD Bank
 
 Access is as per IEC and registration must be done separately for each IEC, if applicable
 
 Ensure your registered e-mail ID is active and valid, for receiving communication from RBI.
 
Post-Registration:
 
 Exporters/Importers can log in to the Portal using the credentials provided on their registered e-mail ID
 
 Use the dashboard to view pending/overdue items, track updates and access consolidated information across AD Banks.
