Do not click on any link received from unknown IDs or without understanding the utility of the link. Be cautious on calls pertaining to courier service, cashback, refund, investments and OLX advertisements. Do’s Check the source of the link received   Cross check the genuineness of the message with the bank   Keep your antivirus software updated. Don’ts Do not share your Account details/OTP/ UPI Pin/Grid Card Value/CVV/ATM PIN/ Card Number/Expiry Date   Do not enter the Amount/ UPI PIN/ OTP to receive money   Do not share any code with a third party   Do not forward any SMS to a third party’s mobile number. Please remember to report such frauds immediately to the National Cyber Crime at cybercrime.gov.in , call the Helpline on 1930 or call the ICICI Bank Helpline at 18002662.
