Launch of the New ICICI Bank Rewards Programme

Dear Saurabh Kumar Mishra, As per our earlier communication, our valued partnership with PAYBACK (Loyalty solutions) has expired on Mar 31, 2022. All your PAYBACK Reward Points earned until March 2022 (Till your March, 2022 Statement/Billing Date) have been credited to your PAYBACK Account. Your PAYBACK Points can be seamlessly redeemed on PAYBACK’s website (www.payback.in) by following the steps below:   • Enter your PAYBACK Number/mobile number registered with ICICI Bank and PAYBACK to login to your Payback Account     • If you remember your PAYBACK PIN, enter the same and click on LOGIN. In case you do not know your PAYBACK PIN, click on 'Forgot PIN?'. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to 'Generate PIN'. You can use the PIN set by you to login now     • In case your mobile number is not registered with PAYBACK, please complete the registration process by calling PAYBACK Customer Care number on 1860 258 5000     • Once logged in, you will find your Reward Points balance on the top right-hand corner under your name. You can redeem these points against Vouchers/Products of your choice.   You can download the PAYBACK app by scanning the below QR Code to view / redeem your PAYBACK Points.     You may also redeem your PAYBACK Points through the Customer Call Centre on 1860 258 5000 which is operational every day from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We have launched our new ICICI Bank Rewards Programme from Apr 01, 2022. ICICI Bank Reward Points accrued under our new ICICI Bank Rewards programme from Apr 01, 2022 will now be available for redemption on our rewards platform from Aug 15, 2022. We are working to design a specially customised list of premium brands and service offerings.
