Introducing multiple options in Second Factor Authentication for tax payments, through the ICICI Bank website

 
 
Dear Customer,

We have enabled multiple options for second factor authentication, to ensure enhanced security as well as convenience, while making tax payments, with effect from Nov 09, 2021, through the ICICI Bank website.

In addition to your Internet Banking login credentials, you will be asked for either an OTP or the grid details of your Debit Card/Inquiry Card for completing your tax payments.

For seamless tax payments, please register your mobile number or apply for a grid card, if not done. Kindly get in touch with your Account Manager for mobile number registration and/ or for the grid card application.
