ICICI Bank will never ask you to share your Card Number, CVV or OTP over the call or SMS. Revealing your personal account details to a fraudster can be dangerous. Points to remember To update your KYC details, you can either visit the branch or call on the official telephone number   Do not click on any link provided in an e-mail or SMS   Do not call on a number in an SMS   Do not download any apps from unknown links.
