As per Master Circular (“Circular”) on Know Your Customer (“KYC”) by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”), customers are required to periodically update their KYC with their banks.

To update KYC details in your Account, you may log in to Internet Banking / Mobile Banking or visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch with the original identity proof and address proof, along with a latest colour photograph.

Voter ID/ Driving licence/ Valid Passport/ Proof of possession of Aadhaar Number/ NREGA Job Card/ National Population Register (NPR) Smart Card
Colour photograph, PAN/ Form 60 is mandatory.

We request you to update your KYC details by March 15, 2021, failing which the Bank will be constrained to restrict transactions in your account.
