Introducing Positive Pay for Cheque payments above Rs 5 lakh

	Secure your high-value cheque payments with Positive Pay   Dear Customer, RBI through circular dated Sep 25, 2020 has decided to introduce a mechanism of Positive Pay for all cheque payments of value ₹5,00,000 and above applicable from January 01, 2021.     Under this mechanism, cheques of value ₹5,00,000 and above will be processed for payment by the drawee bank based on information passed by you at the time of issuance of cheque.
