COVID-19: Important announcement regarding ICICI Bank Branch services

 
Only essential services @ Branches available

At ICICI Bank, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and partners is of utmost importance to us. In view of the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), increased precautions are being taken regularly to control any further spread.

We, at ICICI Bank, are committed to serve you and your banking partners in every possible manner. Our Digital Solutions; iMobile, InstaBIZ, Pockets and Internet Banking are equipped with 300+ services, which you may need while you stay safe at home. We believe that with such an array of Digital Services at your disposal, you may hardly find any reason to visit our branches.

In view of our commitment towards uninterrupted banking services, we have taken incremental precautionary steps. W.e.f. March 23, 2020, our branches shall now be operational to extend only essential banking services with reduced branch timings and reduced staff.

Please note the revised Branch Timing: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. (Closed on 2nd / 4th Saturdays and on Sundays). To view the list of open branches - Click here .

Remittances: Funds Transfer, RTGS & NEFT Kindly avail through our Mobile App (iMobile/InstaBIZ) & Internet Banking (www.icicibank.com)
Clearing Cheque Deposition Kindly opt for our Mobile App/Internet Banking or Deposit in Cheque Drop Box
Government Transactions Kindly opt for our Mobile App/Internet Banking
Cash Withdrawal Reach out to our wide network of ATMs
Cash Deposit Request that such transactions be avoided as cash carries grave risk of transmission. Deposit through Cash Acceptor Machines at select branches.
