 *The claim payout is based on the severity of the listed conditions. The payout is subject to validation of requisite documents like, claim form, original policy document, medical documents/investigation report supporting the diagnosis, doctors certificates etc. confirming the diagnosis. Additional documents, if any, may be called for on a case to case basis. In any case the total payout in the policy cannot exceed 100% of the sum assured of the cover selected. Please read the sales brochure carefully to know more about the payouts at different level of conditions.

# The premium rate is for a 35 year old healthy male for a term of 40 years, without any additional benefits and is inclusive of all taxes. ICICI Pru Heart/Cancer Protect annual premium for ₹50 Lakhs Cancer Sum Assured is ₹1,2867(inclusive of all taxes).The per day premium has been calculated by dividing the annual premium by 365.

^Cancer cover provides protection against pre-cancerous (Carcinoma-in-Situ), early stage of cancer and severe stages of cancer. Heart cover provides protection against the most common listed heart problems. However Pre-Existing Diseases are not covered.
