Today, fraudsters will do anything to gain access to your personal and financial information, like asking for your User ID, Password, OTP, Grid Values etc. This is then used to access your bank account and do unauthorised transactions.

Remember that ICICI Bank will never ask for any account, internet Banking and card details like Account number, Date of Birth, User ID, Password, Grid values at the back of debit card, Card number, Expiry Date, CVV code, ATM PIN etc
Do's
Install a strong anti-virus and update it regularly.
Check downloaded files for viruses before opening them.
Register for transaction alerts that inform you about any banking transactions and check your statements regularly.
Dont's
Transact on non-https websites or click on links from unknown websites. Look for the secure pad lock in the address bar while doing an online transaction.
Open attachments from unknown sources and click on suspicious links
Share sensitive/ confidential account information like User ID, Password, OTP, URN, Debit Card Grid values with anyone.
