We thank you for choosing Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited [SSTL] offering voice and data services under the “MTS “India as your telecom service provider. At the time of applying for the aforesaid telephone connection, you had agreed to make payments of the periodic bills raised by SSTL upon you by the due date in respect of the availed services.

 

In pursuance of your request, we have allotted a connection bearing no. 9152080602 to you based on a duly executed Subscriber Application Form [subscription agreement] and other related forms/documents and account ID was allotted to you.

 

Please take note that a sum of Rs 1744/- , remains outstanding in your account as on 31st Oct’17. Towards usage of afore-said mobile /data connection however, in spite of the receipt of the said bills, you have failed to make the payment to clear the outstanding amount, despite our repeated personal requests and reminders. Due to the non-payment of our legitimate dues, our company was compelled to disconnect your aforesaid connection.

 

That you are liable under law to make payment to SSTL towards the services availed by you in respect of the afore-said connection and SSTL is entitled to invoke all available legal remedies against you  to recover the same .

However notwithstanding and without prejudice to our rights to recover the due and outstanding amount  by way of appropriate legal proceedings ; we would like to inform you that SSTL has  launched an “Amnesty scheme”  for subscribers who have defaulted in payment of their dues towards usage .Under the amnesty scheme, the SSTL is waiving off 70% of  the outstanding dues recoverable from you  and  you would be required to make payment of  INR 523.20000000000005/- towards 30% of the outstanding dues as on 31st Oct’17. And same shall be in full and final settlement of all accrued dues towards your account with SSTL.   The amnesty scheme has been extended for today i.e. 31st Oct’17 and Shall not be extended further. So please make the payment immediately and avail the offer.

Please note that availing of this scheme by you; would save you from the legal actions to be initiated by SSTL to recover the afore-said dues with interest, apart from giving you the benefit of paying only 30% of the outstanding dues till date.

Hence, you are hereby afforded an opportunity to avail the scheme and clear your account by just paying 30% of the total outstanding, i.e. Rs. 523.20000000000005/- , The amnesty scheme has been extended for today i.e. 31st Oct’17 and Shall not be extended further.

 

However, in the event of you  failing  to pay the aforesaid amount with-in the stipulated time, SSTL  shall have no other option, but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings  against you for the recovery of the entire outstanding  amount along with interest, solely at your  risk ,costs  and consequences.
