Madam / Sir,

 

This is to notify and inform that pursuant to your request for availing Vodafone mobile connection you were provided the above mentioned Mobile, wherein as per the relevant terms and conditions specified in the Customer Application Form (CAF), which includes inter-alia that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. The acceptance of the Application form by you concluded a valid, binding and legally enforceable agreement.

 

We take this opportunity to place on records that despite of availing/usage of Vodafone facilities to the fullest of your satisfaction, you have neglected and failed to pay the amount of Rs.1247.65/- towards the month of 20 Jun 2017. The said outstanding amount is an ascertained debt payable by you which has accrued by your usage of mobile telephone services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the written contract.

 

Please note that your default in payment of the aforesaid outstanding amount is in breach of your representations and promises to pay the bills on or before the due date. That despite repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have deliberately failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date.

 

Under the circumstances we hereby call upon you to pay the aforesaid outstanding amount of Rs.1247.65/- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p.a. from the due date till the date of payment, within 15 days from the date of receipt of this e:mail notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you in Courts of India, entirely at your cost and expenses, which you may please note.
